Menopause Support Massage

A deeply calming and restorative treatment designed to support you through all stages of menopause, with our accredited therapist and Menopause Champion, Diana.
This specialist treatment combines slow, flowing massage techniques with targeted acupressure points to help settle the nervous system, ease tension, and restore a sense of balance within the body.
Focusing primarily on the front of the body, including the legs, abdomen and hands, the treatment works on key areas linked to hormonal and emotional wellbeing.
A bespoke blend of essential oils may be used, including clary sage, geranium, lavender, peppermint and chamomile, chosen for their supportive properties during menopause. After your treatment, take some time to relax with a specially blended herbal tea.
This is not a deep tissue massage. Instead, it is a gentle, nurturing treatment designed to help you switch off, feel supported, and leave both physically and mentally restored.

Important Information
This is a gentle, non-deep tissue treatment. If you are looking for a firmer, more muscular massage, we recommend an alternative treatment.
For ongoing support, we recommend a course of treatments every 4-6 weeks.
Contraindications
This treatment may not be suitable if you have:
- Blood clots (DVT)
- Recent surgery
- Fever, infection, or contagious illness
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure

Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable unless Cancellation Protection is added at checkout. This optional £5 add-on allows you to cancel at any time prior to your appointment, for any reason, and receive a full refund of your booking cost. The Cancellation Protection fee itself is non-refundable.
If you do not add Cancellation Protection and cancel within 7 days of your appointment, the full booking value will be retained and any voucher used will be deemed redeemed. Cancellation Protection can only be added within 48 hours of making the original booking however this cannot be added if the treatment date is within 7 days.
