Over 18's only. Use of the facilities and/or undergoing a Treatment is subject to the satisfactory completion and signature of a health questionnaire, and Terms of Use disclaimer.

All Treatment bookings must be made in advance. This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date it was issued. This voucher can only be redeemed once. This voucher features a unique reference code, which must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption. This voucher is non transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers may only be booked once; should you miss your appointment and fail to notify us, no alternative arrangements will be made to accommodate your appointment and the voucher will be voided. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the voucher will be voided. We reserve the right to refuse entry/Treatment, or ask you to leave should any of our Terms of Use be breached - no refunds will be issued. No refunds will be issued should any facilities be unavailable for use during your visit, e.g. during essential maintenance or inclement weather.
