Pregnancy Full Body Massage and Relaxation

Unwind and relax during your pregnancy with our Pregnancy Back Massage. This soothing treatment is available from the second trimester onwards and has been specially tailored to support your comfort and wellbeing during this time.

Our experienced therapist will use a combination of gentle massage techniques, with pressure adjusted to your comfort, to help you relax and ease areas of tension across the back. The treatment is designed to provide a calming and restorative experience while ensuring you remain as comfortable as possible throughout.

Following your treatment, you will be offered a peppermint herbal tea, which may help relax the digestive muscles and provide a cooling, refreshing effect.

Important information

If you are pregnant, our Pregnancy Massage is the massage treatment available to you. We are unable to provide our standard Back or Full Body Massages during pregnancy as it is not covered by our insurance.

Our Pregnancy Massage is a specialist treatment designed specifically for pregnancy. It is carried out by therapists with additional pregnancy massage training, using techniques and positioning adapted to support your comfort and wellbeing.

We also allow an additional 10 minutes within the appointment for consultation, comfortable positioning, dressing and undressing, and any comfort or bathroom breaks, ensuring your full treatment time is never reduced.

Available from the second trimester (13+ weeks). Pregnancy Massage is priced separately due to the additional specialist training, appointment time and clinical considerations involved.

Pregnancy Treatment Cancellation

We understand that pregnancy can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel due to pregnancy-related sickness or advice from your GP or midwife, please let us know as soon as possible.

Standard Cancellation Policy

For all other bookings, our standard cancellation policy applies.

All bookings are non-refundable unless Cancellation Protection is added at checkout.

For an optional £5 fee, Cancellation Protection allows you to cancel your booking at any time before your appointment, for any reason, and receive a full refund of your booking cost. The £5 Cancellation Protection fee itself is non-refundable.

If Cancellation Protection has not been purchased and you cancel within 7 days of your appointment, the full booking value will be retained and any voucher used will be deemed redeemed.

Cancellation Protection can only be added within 48 hours of making your original booking and cannot be added if your treatment date is already within 7 days.
