Signature Spa Experience

Indulge in our most loved spa experience with our Signature Spa package. Let your stresses melt away as you immerse yourself in our relaxing facilities, including saunas, steam rooms, an aromatherapy room, indoor swimming pool, and our breathtaking Outdoor Heated Vitality Pool. This package includes a skin rejuvenating 30-minute facial, followed by your choice of an Aromatherapy or Hot Stone Back Massage (30 minutes). Hire of a soft cotton robe and towel is included for your comfort. Treat yourself to three hours of pure relaxation, including 60 minutes of blissful treatment time.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable unless Cancellation Protection is added at checkout. This optional £5 add-on allows you to cancel at any time prior to your appointment, for any reason, and receive a full refund of your booking cost. The Cancellation Protection fee itself is non-refundable.

If you do not add Cancellation Protection and cancel within 7 days of your appointment, the full booking value will be retained and any voucher used will be deemed redeemed. Cancellation Protection can only be added within 48 hours of making the original booking however this cannot be added if the treatment date is within 7 days.
