Advance booking is essential. Over 18's Only. Robes and Towels are available to hire at additional cost. Treatments can be booked separately if desired.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable unless Cancellation Protection is added at checkout. This optional £5 add-on allows you to cancel at any time prior to your booking, for any reason, and receive a full refund of your booking cost. The protection fee itself is non-refundable.

If you do not add Cancellation Protection and cancel within 72 hours of your booking start date, the full booking value will be retained.
