This Treatment is seated and can be draining, so avoid driving and strenuous activity directly afterwards. Our therapist will also check before using oil through your hair.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable unless Cancellation Protection is added at checkout. This optional £5 add-on allows you to cancel at any time prior to your appointment, for any reason, and receive a full refund of your booking cost. The Cancellation Protection fee itself is non-refundable.

If you do not add Cancellation Protection and cancel within 7 days of your appointment, the full booking value will be retained and any voucher used will be deemed redeemed. Cancellation Protection can only be added within 48 hours of making the original booking however this cannot be added if the treatment date is within 7 days.
