• Recent surgery or injury
• Skin infections, open wounds or active conditions
• Severe allergies or sensitivities
• Medical conditions under GP or hospital care

Important: Health & Treatment Suitability

To ensure your treatment is safe and suitable, please let us know in advance if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or have any skin concerns.

Some treatments may need to be adapted or changed.

Your health form will be sent prior to your appointment, but if anything applies, we recommend contacting us now to avoid changes on the day.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable unless Cancellation Protection is added at checkout. This optional £5 add-on allows you to cancel at any time prior to your appointment, for any reason, and receive a full refund of your booking cost. The Cancellation Protection fee itself is non-refundable.

If you do not add Cancellation Protection and cancel within 7 days of your appointment, the full booking value will be retained and any voucher used will be deemed redeemed. Cancellation Protection can only be added within 48 hours of making the original booking however this cannot be added if the treatment date is within 7 days.
